Abstract: This is a non-substantive change request for this Information Collection. The USDA's Agricultural Marketing Service, Economic Research Service and Rural Development agencies have asked for one additional question be added to section 6 of the questionnaire. This question will identify which Local Food producers were also members of a Farmer's Co-Operative organization. In addition several formatting changes have been made to the questionnaire and instruction sheet to make them more user friendly for the respondents.
