Short Statement: The new burden hour total of 3,965 is 208 hours less than the previous burden of 4,173 hours. This reduction is due to small changes in sample sizes, as well as the discontinuation of the Apple Storage Survey. NASS’s Pennsylvania Regional Field Office is no longer conducting the Apple Storage Survey after identifying an administrative source for comparable data.
