Short Statement: Program changes and 2014 Farm Bill implementations resulted in FCIC adding several data elements. In addition there are added hours for new pilot programs and privately developed crop insurance programs under section 508(h) of the Act. There were also respondent increases and decreases within industry. The combination of these factors resulted in an increase of 413,940 burden hours.
