Name of Law: Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act
There is a decrease in the number of responses by 79 to 189 and a 271 decrease in burden hours to 600. The number of burden hours and associated costs have changed principally as a result of a decrease from the previous 59 direct loans to 40 direct loans now in the program portfolio. Also, the number of borrower visits and financial statements have each decreased from 59 to 40.
