while CBP works with the Coast Guard to eliminate this collection by obtaining information via
e-NOA/D. CBP is asked to provide an update on progress toward elimination of this collection
in six months (Jan. 2016).
Additionally, CBP should improve its monitoring of expiring information collections to avoid unnecessary reinstatement requests and violation of the PRA. This collection should be reported as a violation in OMB's annual Information Collection Budget (ICB).
