Short Statement: There are some changes. The reduced numbers are due to the elimination of the SF-425 and form HUD-96010. The number of grant recipients was also adjusted to the current accurate number. Percentage of these responses collected electronically changed to 100%. Total annual hours requested decreased from 74,800 to 46,594.18. The difference is a reduction of 28,205.82 hours.
