This proposed information collection consolidates data collected under three of the Employment and Training Administration's approved PRA information collection: OMB 1205-0422, OMB 1205-0425, OMB 1205-0464. This request also fulfills Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act reporting requirements regarding the collection of performance indicators described in Sec. 116(b) (2)(A). Requirements for state level collection of this data for the programs contained in this collection are based on both WIOA and the associated NPRM.
This is a new collection. The burden cited in this ICR will be canceled out when WIOA takes effect and the three ICRs consolidated in this data collection are discontinued.
