Short Statement: This is a not a new collection. ICE Financial Operations had been relying on specific written requests from Obligors to revoke Attorney In Fact designations – the Form I-312A would standardize the collection of this information. There is an increase in burden hours per response from .5 hour to 1 hour to account for time to obtain notary seal which was not captured in the previous OMB submission.
