There is an overall increase in burden by +3850 burden hours since the emergency request and approval. The increase is due to a comment received requesting re-evaluation of burden for the semi-annual Spreadsheet of Operations be increased. NOP concurs that this is a more accurate reflection of the actual burden and has thereby increased the estimate of hours per response and the corresponding total annual burden on respondents.
