The purpose of this collection is to prevent the introduction and dissemination of fruit flies and other injurious plant pests that are new to the United States or not widely distributed within the United States.
The annual number of respondents and the total annual responses remained the same in this information collection. However, there is an adjustment in the total burden hours causing an increase of +79 hours in this collection. This is due to the inaccurate accounting of the time it takes to complete a trust fund agreement. It actually takes 80 hours instead of 1 hour to prepare a trust fund agreement. This has now been corrected in this submission.
