Short Statement: The annual number of respondents and the total annual responses remained the same in this information collection. However, there is an adjustment in the total burden hours causing an increase of +79 hours in this collection. This is due to the inaccurate accounting of the time it takes to complete a trust fund agreement. It actually takes 80 hours instead of 1 hour to prepare a trust fund agreement. This has now been corrected in this submission.
