Abstract: The Customs Declaration, CBP Form 6059-B, facilitates the clearance of persons and their goods arriving in the U.S. by requiring basic information necessary for CBP to determine enforcement of all applicable laws and regulations. Burden hours were added for verbal declarations. Verbal declarations are not a new requirement and no new data is being collected.
