Emergency Justfication: The Final Rule is effective March 24, 2014.

There is an adjustment (increase) in the respondent's burden as a result of the 12,000 respondents (CG-719K & CG-719K/E) that were not accounted for in the last Supporting Statement, but were accounted for in the table above. In addition, the optional form CG-719C was created which contributed to a burden increase.
