Since the last reporting period the number of applicants decreased from 40 to 30 and the number of grant awards decreased from 10 to 8 for a decrease of 12 responses and 236 hours. However, with the addition of applicant registration in the "System for Award Management" (SAM), responses increased by 30 and burden increased by 30 hours. The net result is an increase of 18 responses and a decrease of 206 hours for a total of 744 hours.
