Abstract: HUD insures mortgage underwritten and serviced by Housing Finance Agencies (HFAs). This information is needed on the projects to insure the mortgages meet statutory requirements and monitor their stability.

Emergency Justfication: Extension requested for unexpected event. Government shutdown prevented timely processing.
