The Annual 4-H Enrollment Report is the principal means by which the 4-H movement can keep track of its progress, as well as emerging needs, potential problems and opportunities.
There is an increase in respondents from 56 to 109 because individual institutions will have the option to submit an institution report, rather than aggregating data from multiple institutions into a single state report. The respondent increase respectively increased responses from 56 to 109 and burden hours from 56 to 111.
