New collection (Request for a new OMB Control Number)
The owner and the operator of a vessel fishing non-commercially in the Rose Atoll Marine National Monument, Pacific Remote Islands Marine National Monument, or in the Islands Unit of the Marianas Trench Marine Marine National Monument, must obtain a fishing permit issued by NMFS. The vessel operator must also submit a NMFS logsheet report after the conclusion of every fishing trip.
This is a resubmission with the final rule.
