Short Statement: As a result of the merging 0560-0279, respondents increased 458 with a program increase of 143 responses and 158 burden hours. Due to less usage of the interest assistance agreemrnt forms, there is an adjustment decrease of -14,852 responses and -8,031 burden hours. The combination of these two actions results in an overall decrease of -14,709 responses and -7,873 burden hours for this submission. 0560-0279 will be discontinued upon approval of this collection.
