Short Statement: The 2013 CLETA burden estimate was calculated using an estimate of 2 hours per respondent for the completion of the 14-page, 43-question questionnaire being completed by 700 training academies. The 2-hour estimate is based on feedback received during the administration of the 2006 CLETA instrument and the pilot testing of the 2013 CLETA instrument, taking into account the differences between the two data collection instruments.
