The burden hours decreased by 87, 450 (2,119,280 to 2,031,830) and the number of responses decreased by 348,830 (1,876,292 to 1,596,402. The numbers of responses decreased by 349,890 (1,876,292 to 1,526,402). The number of respondents at 291,500 did not change from the last approval.
