Abstract: The NPRM proposes to modify two existing collections (ACF-118 CCDF State Plan, ACF-118A CCDF Tribal Plan) to add several requirements that States, Territories and Tribes will be required to report in their CCDF Plans, including provisions related to health and safety requirements, consumer education, and eligibility policies.
