The Agency should submit this information collection under the USDA generic clearance for customer satisfaction surveys. When the Agency resubmits the instrument under the generic clearance, the Agency should address the following areas in addition to adhering to OMB Guidance: methodology, mode of collection, and the sample size.

The customer satisfaction survey is part of RHS, CSC's on-going service quality improvement program. The survey is intended to measure the quality of service that RHS customers receive when they contact CSC. The results will provide a benchmark for future surveys and improvements in customer satisfaction.
