There are now 14 forms used to collection this information. There are three new forms that BIA has determined should be included for OMB clearance under the Paperwork Reduction Act. One form that was previously approved under this collection, that has now been determined should not be included since it falls under the responsibility of BIA to complete. Adjustments were made to the hourly burden due to changes in the estimates for the number of respondents. Also, adjustments were made to the time it takes to respond to violations (166.419,704-705,804,808) increasing from 20 minutes to 1 hour based on BIA field staff experience.
