Short Statement: This is a new information collection associated with the Prior Labeling Approval System-Generic Label Approval rule. The OMB control number assigned to this information collection will be temporary. This information collection, after it is approved by OMB, will be merged with 0583-0092, Marking, Labeling, and Packaging. The merged information collection will result in a net reduction of 34,971 burden hours.
