Regulations for electrically operated toys requires firms to meet the electrical provisions through testing and labeling. Firms are required to maintain certain records for three years.
The increase in respondents is due to the splitting of the record keeping requirements and the third-party disclosure requirements across two IC's. The decrease in cost burden is due to changing reporting policy to include only capital costs and not wage costs in the IC.
