These operating and/or reporting forms are standard for the operation of a Job Corps Center. They are Federal information collection requirements for operators of such centers. The forms now used are: ETA-2110; ETA-2181; ETA-6-131 A, B, and C; ETA-6-61, and ETA 3-28.
The total number of Job Corps Centers has increased from 122 Centers last reported to the current number of 125 Centers. Of those, the 28 centers operated by USDA (Civilian Conservation Centers) had been mistakenly included on previous submissions. Also, the Job Corps Centers operated by contractors have increased from 94 last reported to the current number of 97. This has resulted in a net change in the total burden hours last approved from 62,525 to 38,610. (The previous submission listed 122 Centers.) Finally, the Request for Proposal, previously included in error, has been removed from this information collection request.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
