Abstract: biannual survey of state criminal history repositories will be conducted at yearend 2010-and 2012. The survey will collect data to be used as the basis for estimating the percentage of total state records that are immediately available through the FBI's Interstate Identification Index and the percentage that include dispositions. All 50 States, DC and the five territories will be surveyed. This is being submitted to provide a revised survey for the 2012 collection with cross walk document to highlight the changes from the 2010 survey. There is no change to the burden.
