The collection is used to evaluate user satisfaction with the content and usefulness of Web-based delivery methods.
There is an adjustment in the number of respondents from 12,000 to 14,800 due to more participants; in addition the number of responses decreased from 36,000 to 14,800, along with a decrease of burden hours from 3,009 to 740. The decreases
are due to the over expectations in responses/burden from the previous approved package.
