The program change of +100 hours arises from a new information collection related to development of an Interagency Appraisal Complaint Form designed to provide an efficient means for the Appraisal Subcommittee of the FFIEC to collect information regarding complaints of non-compliance with appraisal independence standards in circumstances where it determines the FDIC, OCC, FRB, or NCUA is the appropriate regulator.
