The OCC is issuing a final rule to implement Section 165(i) of the Dodd-Frank Act, which requires certain companies to conduct annual stress tests. The final rule would require national banks and Federal savings associations with total consolidated assets of more than $10 billion to conduct an annual stress test as prescribed by the rule. This collection of information covers the reporting, recordkeeping and disclosure requirements associated with the rule.
The increase in burden is due to the fact that this is a new information collection.
