Short Statement: Adjustments: The burden hour and cost estimates for DAS Leasing Applications have been decreased to more accurately reflect usage of the program by eligible participants (decrease of 400 respondents and responses, 34 hours and $136). The baseline downgrade estimates have also been decreased to more accurately reflect the usage of the program by eligible participants (decrease of 462 respondents and responses, 462 hours and $434).
