Abstract: The NASA Contracting Financial Reporting System is the basic financial medium for contractor reporting of estimated and incurred costs via the forms 533M and Q. Reports are necessary to ensure the contractor performance is realistically planned and supported by labor resources. The data provided by these reports is an integral part of the Agency's accrural accounting and cost based budget system.
