Federally permitted fishing vessels participating in the tilefish individual transferable quota (ITQ) fisheries in the Northeast Region are subject to certain information collection requirements in order for the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) to process IFQ Allocation applications, monitor IFQ share accumulation, process IFQ transfers, collect cost recovery, and monitor landings data.
