Abstract: RIN 2900-AN92 PRA: The proposed rule at § 17.2000(b) would allow a veteran to submit a copy of a DD-214 or other appropriate documentation as evidence that the veteran received a medal that would serve as the basis for establishing his or her eligibility to receive readjustment counseling.
