The NCSR is a voluntary self-assessment of the Information Technology (IT) services of State and Large Urban Area (LUA) governments, designed to measure cyber security preparedness and resilience. Through the NCSR, CESP will examine relationships, interactions, and processes governing IT management and the ability to effectively manage operational risk.
