Depending on the extent of the changes, DOL may be able to submit revisions via a nonsubstantive change request. (2) As agreed, DOL will take care in reporting the results of the survey to caveat appropriately any conclusions regarding compliance are based solely on respondent's perception and not actual compliance with relevant labor laws.
