Short Statement: The adjustments in the burden hours are due to a decrease in the number of third party claims. The previous approved number of annual responses, 3,000 is being reduced to 2,832 which represent a reduction of 168. The approved number of hours is 1,425 and the requested number of hours is 1, 346, a decrease of 79. However, due to an increase in maintenance and reporting costs, this figure has been adjusted by $10.00, from $1,350 to $1,360.
