ATF has updated this collection to allow respondents to email or fax the form to ATF after printing, signing, and scanning it. While this is a positive step forward, the collection is not fully electronic because it requires a handwritten signature. This collection is approved for only 2 years due to the lack of full GPEA compliance. While we understand ATF is prioritizing making its forms with the greatest usage fully electronic, we continue to encourage ATF to make this collection fully electronic as soon as possible.
