Short Statement: The number of respondents dropped from 400 to 152 for a decrease of 248 respondents, the number of responses dropped from 3,060 to 1,662 for a decrease of 1,398 responses, and the total burden hours decreased from 822 to 342 for a total adjustment of -480 hours. The reason for this adjustment is the decrease in the area under regulation which is now much less than the area that had originally been regulated. Therefore, the number of regulated entities and certificates has dropped causing a drop in respondents, responses, and burden hours.
