Abstract: Under USC 44 Chapter21 Section 2000e-16, ATF requests all employees and new hires complete the Race and National Origin Identification form. The form is used to maintain Race and Ethnicity data on all employees and new hires to meet diversity/EEO goals and as a component of a tracking system to ensure that personnel practices meet the requirements of Federal law.
