NASS agrees to submit a nonresponse bias analysis of the first year pilot results to OMB for review; upon receipt and feedback from OMB regarding pilot results and how they have been addressed in (any revised) pilot study design, NASS will then proceed with planned pilots in years 2 and 3 of the clearance.

Natural Resources and Conservation Service will measure the environmental benefits of the 2002 Farm Bill conservation programs by using production practice and conservation program data collected at the Natural Resource Inventory points by NASS and will link these data to NRCS climate and soil survey databases.
