The reduction in the number of respondents results from a program change. HUD no longer holds projects after foreclosure longer than a day or so; therefore, the HUD-owned inventory drastically decreased since the last submission. Although there was a reduction in respondents we received more participation which accounts for the increase in annual responses and hours.
