The U.S. Department of Treasury has an automated system called "Pay.gov" that allows the public to submit secure electronic payments to Federal Government Agencies. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) created an electronic intake page that will reside on Pay.gov. This intake page will allow members of the public to electronically submit their fees to USCIS for certain immigration benefits.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
