Hi Joe: 
Please find attached the revised burden estimates for the 2011 Form 5500 package. The IRS estimates are under the IRS 2011 tab in the attached spreadsheet. EBSA updated the numbers to reflect the most recent filing data and wage rates for service providers that prepare the form. For the IRS, this resulted in a 2,000 hour burden reduction due to a slightly decreased number of filings and a $4,000,000 cost burden increase that reflects increased wage rates. The current schedule calls for the agencies to submit no material/nonsubstantive change requests with OMB by next Friday, May 13.
