These ceremonial and educational permits are issued in addition to the Pacific halibut subsistence registration described in OMB Control No.: 0648-0460.

Permit Appeals Adjustments: A decrease of one respondent, one instead of two, a decrease of four hours, four instead of eight, a decrease of $2 for miscellaneous costs, $1 instead of $3.
