We are requesting permission to make minor changes to the collections to increase ease of use by improving the layout of some forms and eliminating some unnecessary fields. In some cases, we will add new fields to help us better understand our clients' needs and expectations. Overall, the minor changes will not materially affect burden. The adjustment is to remove the fees for service cost burden that was erroneously included.
