Abstract: The mission of the U.S. and Foreign Commercial service is to promote U.S. exports. This form is needed to collect information to enable small and medium size companies to order USFCS products and programs to enable them to begin exporting or to expand their existing exporting efforts.

Short Statement: We are requesting permission to make minor changes to the collections to increase ease of use by improving the layout of some forms and eliminating some unnecessary fields. In some cases, we will add new fields to help us better understand our clients' needs and expectations. Overall, the minor changes will not materially affect burden. The annual cost burden has been changed for certain collections to correct errors.
