Abstract: This collection will be used to collect information when outbreaks of animal diseases occur within the United States.

Emergency Justfication: The purpose of this study is to collect epidemologic information in order to help understand the recent outbreak of equine herpesvirus (EHV) and provide information for controlling this outbreak from spreading to other States.
