Short Statement: Overall, the requested annual burden hours have increased from the previous burden request. The increase is due to more frequent sample rotation and better collection methods resulting in a higher response rate. The slight decrease for the Federal Information Collection resulted from a change in calculation due to the consolidation of Federal reporting on the Electronic Data Interchange.
