Burden hours decreased by -79 hours. Based on information from respondents the per response time was increased from 40 to 72 hours for preparing the project proposal. This increase was offset by the per response time reduction from 40 hours to 15 minutes for audits and other financial statements because the respondents gather information from their records and do not have to create from scratch.
