Short Statement: This is a new collection. There has been a decrease in burden from the proposed rule by 1,252 hours from 67,943 to 66,691. This decrease was due in part by moving the reporting requirements for SF-270, which was previously accounted for in the proposed rule burden package, to the section for Forms Approved Under Other OMB Numbers.
